JRF & Zuse

FiW is a founding member of the JRF (Johannes-Rau-Forschungsgemeinschaft e. V., an association for research) and the Zuse-Society. Networking between the institutes makes especially the development of new projects possible. The two research communities stand for the representation of the interests of research in small and medium-sized enterprises and give an enormous support.

FiW has a particularly intensive cooperation with the Institute of Urban Water Management of the RWTH Aachen University (ISA) and the Testing and Development Institute for Wastewater Technology of the RWTH Aachen (PIA). The three institutes appear together as "acwa - Aachen Water".
